20 € incl. VAT is the search report in Greece and Cyprus, not the work. We contact up to 30 businesses and stop at 5 that are interested. There is no guaranteed match, and we do not book the pro.

You pay the business directly
The report follows within 48 hours after payment. If none are interested, the full report fee is returned — that refund has not already been made. Businesses pay no fee or commission. You and the business pay for the work directly.

Are the pool professionals in Greece vetted?
Yes. Every partner in our Greece network is checked before we work with them. Do I get a price before booking?
The 20 € including VAT is for the search report, not the labour. Domakihub does not charge for the work and does not guarantee a price for it. We charge the report only after a checked request and your consent, and only when at least 10 callable matches exist; otherwise you join a free waitlist. You and the business agree the work and pay each other directly. Businesses pay no participation fee and no commission. One-off jobs such as repairs are quoted per visit; recurring maintenance contracts get a fixed per-visit rate.

You can describe the request in 24+ languages through Domakihub — Greek, English, German and many more — so villa owners and property managers handling a pool in Greece from abroad can describe the job in their own language.
