    The report follows within 48 hours after payment. If none are interested, the full report fee is returned — that refund has not already been made. Businesses pay no fee or commission. You and the business pay for the work directly.

One-off jobs such as repairs are quoted per visit; recurring maintenance contracts get a fixed per-visit rate.
