The report follows within 48 hours after payment. If none are interested, the full report fee is returned — that refund has not already been made. Businesses pay no fee or commission. You and the business pay for the work directly.

Do I get a price before booking?
The 20 € including VAT is for the search report, not the labour. Domakihub does not charge for the work and does not guarantee a price for it. We charge the report only after a checked request and your consent, and only when at least 10 callable matches exist; otherwise you join a free waitlist. You and the business agree the work and pay each other directly. Businesses pay no participation fee and no commission. One-off installations are quoted per job; ongoing monitoring and maintenance contracts get a fixed recurring rate so you know exactly what you are paying.
Which languages can I describe the request in?
You can describe the request in 24+ languages through Domakihub — Greek, English, German and many more — so property owners and managers handling a home in Greece from abroad can describe the job in their own language. The local crew on site typically speaks Greek and English. This is a search report, not a booking.
