How it works
- 1
Checked request
In Greece you pay only after we check the request and you consent, and only if at least 10 businesses can be called. Otherwise you stay on the free waitlist.
- 2
Search report, not the labor
20 € incl. VAT is the search report in Greece and Cyprus, not the work. We contact up to 30 businesses and stop at 5 that are interested. There is no guaranteed match, and we do not book the pro.
- 3
You pay the business directly
The report follows within 48 hours after payment. If none are interested, the full report fee is returned — that refund has not already been made. Businesses pay no fee or commission. You and the business pay for the work directly.

Frequently asked questions
How quickly can someone measure and quote in Greece?
Domakihub does not send a tradesperson or book the job, and we do not confirm a visit while you are on the line. We contact up to 30 businesses and stop at 5 interested ones, with no guarantee of five yeses. The search report is ready within 48 hours of payment. If nobody is interested, the full report fee comes back.
Are the awning and pergola specialists in Greece vetted?
Yes. Every partner in our Greece network is checked before we work with them. We help you find interested businesses that fit the job — an awning fitter for a balcony, a bioclimatic-pergola specialist for a restaurant terrace, a re-fabric crew for a repair, and so on. We do not guarantee a tradesperson or a yes, and we do not send anyone to do the work.
Do I get a price before booking?
The 20 € including VAT is for the search report, not the labour. Domakihub does not charge for the work and does not guarantee a price for it. We charge the report only after a checked request and your consent, and only when at least 10 callable matches exist; otherwise you join a free waitlist. You and the business agree the work and pay each other directly. Businesses pay no participation fee and no commission. Repairs and re-fabric jobs are quoted the same way.
Which languages can I describe the request in?
You can describe the request in 24+ languages through Domakihub — Greek, English, German and many more — so owners and managers handling a property in Greece from abroad can describe the job in their own language. The local team on site typically speaks Greek and English. This is a search report, not a booking.
